01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the vip bet platform in any way, you confirm that you have read these terms and conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and vip bet. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the vip bet platform.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one account at vip bet. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is a violation of these terms and conditions. If duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts except the original will be closed and any bonuses or winnings associated with the duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering at vip bet. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, address, and contact details. Providing false information is a breach of these terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your vip bet account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. Account Verification (KYC)

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months)

Verification documents should be submitted through the account settings page. VIP Bet aims to complete verification within 24 hours of receiving all required documents. Withdrawals will not be processed until verification is complete.

04 Deposits & Payments

VIP Bet accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are credited to your vip bet account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is stated on the deposit page and may vary by payment method.

Deposit Conditions

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted at vip bet.
• VIP Bet does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• If a deposit fails to appear in your vip bet account within 15 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• Deposited funds are for wagering purposes only. Depositing funds and immediately requesting a withdrawal without wagering activity may be treated as a suspicious transaction.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at vip bet are processed within four hours for standard verified accounts. VIP members with higher tier status may receive faster processing. Withdrawals are sent to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Your account must be fully verified before your first withdrawal is processed.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

VIP Bet offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out here.

General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses at vip bet are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated before you claim it.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per IP address.
• VIP Bet reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players. VIP Bet reserves the right to limit or withdraw bonus eligibility for players whose betting patterns suggest bonus abuse.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements at vip bet specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the offer) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. For example, a 20x wagering requirement on a 1,000 BDT bonus means you must place 20,000 BDT in total wagers before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements at vip bet. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute at a lower rate. The contribution rates for each game type are stated in the specific bonus terms.

07 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available at vip bet use a certified random number generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and audited. The RTP (return to player) percentage for each game is published on the game information page and reflects the long-term statistical return of the game under normal operating conditions.

Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game at vip bet, the round in question will be declared void and any wagers placed during the malfunction will be returned to your account. VIP Bet is not liable for any losses resulting from a game malfunction, and winnings generated during a malfunction will not be paid out.

Disputed Results

If you believe a game result at vip bet is incorrect, you must raise the dispute within 72 hours of the game round completing. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. VIP Bet's decision on disputed game results is final after investigation.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited at vip bet and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place wagers or interact with the vip bet platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the vip bet platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Attempting to reverse or dispute legitimate transactions through your payment provider (chargebacks).
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing vip bet staff or other players.

09 Account Suspension & Closure

VIP Bet reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reason to believe that the account holder has violated these terms and conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. If your account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — for example, at your own request — your remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment method after any applicable checks are completed.

Self-Exclusion

10 Responsible Gaming

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vip bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

VIP Bet does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur. VIP Bet will make reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and to notify players in advance of scheduled maintenance where possible.

The total liability of vip bet to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Changes to Terms

VIP Bet reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the vip bet platform after the updated terms have been published constitutes acceptance of the changes.
